Q: How does a CardEx
Award Card differ from a traditional charge card?
A: Our prepaid debit Award
Cards are MasterCard-branded, and resemble regular credit and debit cards. The
difference: Prepaid debit cards are spending tools that have been funded, in
advance, by the card purchaser. If a company or an individual gives someone an
Award Card, they've already applied a fixed amount of funds to the card. Once
this amount is completely spent, the recipient can either dispose of the card or
retain it as a keepsake of the original gift. By contrast, traditional credit
cards are not only for making purchases, but are designed as potential,
long-term tools for credit-building and personal financial transactions. back to

Q: How do I buy a CardEx Award Card?
A: Simply visit www.CardEx.com or

convenience, we'll bill your purchase to your MasterCard, Visa or American
Express credit card or check card. Similarly, businesses that wish to place bulk
orders (50 or more) of CardEx Award Cards should call our Sales Team toll-free

Q: How much does
an Award Card cost?
A: The total cost for each Award Card involves the card
denomination, plus a small service fee. The service fee includes FREE first
class shipping. Fees are as follows: $10-$300 denominations = $5.95 service fee
per card $300.01-$600 denominations = $7.95 service fee per card The fee for
Award Cards valued at $301-$600 covers the higher servicing expenses such as
increased transaction costs, additional customer service calls, and more
automated telephone balance inquiries. If you'd like to place an order above
$600 and up to $5,000, please contact a helpful member of the CardEx Sales Team

Q: Is there a minimum dollar amount that
can be placed on the card? What about for an entire order?
A: Award Cards are
available in a wide assortment of denominations to suit your needs. Personal
Award Cards and Business Award Cards can be ordered online at www.CardEx.com in
denominations from $25 to $600. If you'd like to place an order from $600 to
$5,000, please contact the CardEx Sales Team for assistance at +1.888.4CardEx
(+1.888.422.7339) or email Sales2@CardEx.com. The Sales Team is also the contact
for companies seeking to place bulk orders (50 or more). Our representatives can
help you with your transactions, as well as with establishing custom
denominations, which are available for orders of that size.
Q: Is it safe to
order a Award Card online?
A: CardEx's website utilizes 128-bit encryption
security to ensure the highest level of protection for your order. Additionally,
any and all personal data you submit is stored on highly secure servers equipped

Q: Will my credit history affect my ability to
purchase a Award Card?
A: No worries, here. Your personal credit history will
not determine your eligibility to purchase a CardEx Award Card. However, when
you're ready to buy an Award Card, it is important that you responsibly choose
the best payment method. Specifically, CardEx accepts credit cards, check cards,
wire transfers and company checks. If your credit card is in good standing, your
Award Card purchase will be approved and processed. Similarly, it is advisable
to maintain sufficient funds in your account to initiate a wire transfer, check
card or a company check transaction. By the way, CardEx Award Cards are an

Q: Can CardEx customize my Business Award Card?
A: Yes, for a
small setup fee you can have your company's logo custom printed to your Business
Award Card. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to complete the customization.
Additionally, if you would like your card completely re-designed, we maintain a
full graphics department.
Q: How long does it take to receive my Award Card?
A: CardEx Award Cards are normally produced and delivered (via FREE first class
shipping) within five 5 to 7 business days. If your purchase takes longer to
arrive, call CardEx Customer Service at +1.888.801.3770. Please note that CardEx
Award Cards cannot be sent to international addresses.
Q: Can I cancel an order
placed with CardEx?
A: Online orders placed at www.CardEx.com are processed
daily and may be cancelled only before we've completed processing your request.
Bulk orders placed offline through CardEx Customer Service may be cancelled at
any time prior to shipment.

How the Reloadable Award Card Program works
Q: What are the key features of the Reloadable Award Card Program?
A: The
Reloadable Award Card is a prepaid debit card featuring the MasterCard logo. It
is used as a reward in corporate incentive programs. The card obtains its value
when it is loaded with points (dollars) that are awarded according to
performance criteria established by the client. Points can be reloaded on a
weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis, and the card may have an expiration date of
up to three years from the program launch. Additionally, the card is embossed
with the recipient's name and bears the issuing company's logo. The cardholder
can spend their Reloadable Award Card earnings at any merchant accepting Visa or
MasterCard. Recipients receive monthly statements describing their activity and
their year to date earnings. Corporate clients receive monthly reports detailing
their program and allowing them to track and measure program results.

Can we customize the Reloadable Award Cards with our corporate logo?
A: Yes,
CardEx offers partial and full customization: Partial customization is available
for an initial setup fee of $500 per logo. You must send your logo in EPS file
format to CS4@CardEx.com for digitization. EPS artwork files contain specific
color information that will help ensure your logo's image quality when it's
professionally printed on the Reloadable Award Cards. Once you've sent your
logo, please allow 2-3 weeks for approval by the Networks and for digitization
processing. Full customization is also available for an initial setup fee of
$5,000 per design. Once we receive your artwork files, the full customization
process includes:
- Printing press setup
- Plate setup and plate changes
- Card
proofs
- Card proof shipping and handling
- MasterCard approval for card proof

Q: What marketing materials
are available?
A: Reloadable Award Card program participants will receive new,
professionally designed marketing collateral. These materials, including posters
and "take one" flyers, will be available at minimal cost. We are also producing
ad slicks, which are perfect for printing your own statement stuffers and other
advertisements.
Q: What is the process for funding the Reloadable Award Cards?
A: Once a client decides to offer an Reloadable Award Card program, they will
determine its rules and parameters, including its: Recipient list Funding Method
Load Amount Limits Card design, packaging and distribution The corporate client
then sets up its Reloadable Award Card program via their customized web Portal
and funds the cards individually or through a batch process via file or ACH.
Subsequent funding to the Reloadable Award Cards would work in the same manner.
Q: When do Reloadable Award Cards expire? A: CardEx Reloadable Award Cards are marketed with up to 3 year expiration dates. If the card expires, the card recipient can extend the life of the card for another year. However, service fees and renewal fees will be applied.
