Marketing Manager
National Sales Executive

 

Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Complete marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and/or contractors; following up on work results.

  • Grow market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product; directing promotional support.

  • Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.

  • Influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.

  • Maintain research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.

  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

  • Implement internet marketing strategy by defining all e-commerce content, products and services; managing all external e-commerce sites, programs and promotions.

  • Identify e-commerce trends by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.

  • Identify e-commerce opportunities by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring business alliances.

  • Build e-commerce market position by discovering and developing sponsorships, partnerships, and strategic alliances; defines Internet marketing strategy.

  • Coordinate special events and promote company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.

Requirements:
  • College degree or equivalent 5+ years of Marketing experience
  • Banking/Financial Services industry experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

National Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Call on potential clients to present and sell Visa and MasterCard prepaid debit cards

  • Develop and update knowledge of competitors' products and speak with other sales and marketing personnel to work out the best methods of promoting CardEx products

  • Evaluate customers' needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve technical descriptions of products and the way they may be used

  • Quote and negotiate prices, prepare contracts and record orders

  • Report on sales and provide feedback on the marketing of new or established products

  • Carry out formal presentations of products using online tools

  • Attend trade shows and follow up on leads

  • Meet sales targets and budgets

  • Maintain and track all sales calls in salesforce.com


Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent

  • 3-5 years of direct sales experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Experience in building a pipeline of new business independently and exceeding established revenue and account goals.

  • Experience working in a team-based environment with a razor-sharp understanding of the customer buying process and sales cycle.

  • Trained in and effectively utilizing a solution selling methodology.

  • Ability to respond to complex and detailed Request for Information and Proposals Additional
