1. Why is CardEx offering a free gift card?
As a leading prepaid debit card provider, CardEx has elected
to launch this unique gift card product in order to help our
clients reduce costs without sacrificing quality and service.
By pooling resources, using simple, no-frills cards, and encouraging
bulk orders from existing (and new) clients, CardEx is able
to offer personalized MasterCard gift cards at no additional
upfront cost (e.g. at face value). Current and prospective
CardEx clients will only pay for the amount of funding value
that they wish to have on the cards.
2. What is the catch?
There is no catch. This is just another innovative product
line whose time has come. Any of the select Cost Fee gift
cards at www.cardex.com may be ordered in quantities of 50
cards / order or more without an initial card fee. Additionally,
between now and December 15, 2008, we are waiving all shipping
and handling fees for orders above 300 cards (orders of 50-300
cards will be charged our standard $25 S&H Fee)
3. Can the cards be mailed directly to Participants?
All orders are shipped via FedEx in bulk only. The client
can then mail them out individually or hand them out to cardholder
recipients. This is necessary in order to streamline the process
and realize operational efficiencies which enable us to offer
Cost-free GiftCards. We have other low cost alternatives available
for instances where direct mail to cardholders is a requirement.
Please contact a CardEx Account Executive for more detail
on other gift card products such as Instant Issue Gift Cards
and Corp. GiftCards.

This is a new product that is being tested between now and
December 15, 2008. If successful, the program will run indefinitely.
6. What is the minimum card order?

7. Is card customization available?
In order to keep the costs down and streamline the process,
we are not allowing logo placements on the Cost Free Gift
Cards. However, the 4th line embossing, may be used to emboss
program name or division name below cardholder name. If partial
or full customization is required by any clients, we have
several other low cost gift card options available that can
be customized.
8. Are the cards personalized?
The cards are personalized with cardholder name but if this
info is not available, the client may enter a generic message
such as “GiftCard Recipient” for cardholder name.

Standard shipping and handling fee of $25 applies to orders
of up to 300 cards. Shipping fee is waived for orders over
300 cards between now and December 15, 2008.
10. Does this affect existing programs with clients?
This is not meant to replace existing programs utilizing Corporate
Gift Cards, Instant Issue Gift Cards. We will continue to
offer our “premium services” such as web site design, graphics,
marketing communications, program management, and claims processing
just as we have done in the past.
11. What is the card expiration?
The card expire 6 Months after issuance. There will be no
returns or refunds on these special priced gift cards.
12. Does the card design or load amount have to be the
same for an order of 50 or can we “mix and match” cards?
The design has to be the same for any card order of 50, but
it could be different amounts as long as they are $25 or more.
A client wishing to order multiple card designs can simply
